Fees and Insurance

We are concerned with keeping our fees within an acceptable range. To help minimize administrative costs, we prefer that you pay at the time of service for the portion of your bill not covered by insurance. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.

Insurance Forms

We are happy to file your insurance forms for you and accept assignment of payment for covered services.

Financial Arrangements

We recognize that extensive dental treatment can strain family finances. If this is a problem for you, please talk with our business office about setting up a payment plan.
